I specialise in Havening Techniques ®, I have been qualified for 2 years, Havening Techniques is a relatively recent psychosensory approach used in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and other stress-related conditions. Research is supporting the efficacy of Havening Techniques, as an effective therapeutic tool.

To achieve the best outcome, requires exploring the history,  it requires the client and therapist to collaborate. Establishing a good foundation, will ensure that  the concerns will be alleviated, all therapy is personalised to the client!

What Havening Techniques is About!

Havening is a psychosensory technique that involves touch, attention, and imagination in order to engender healing and positive change in individuals. It is non-evasive, and Havening works by triggering the delta waves in our brains through touch, attention, and imagination, which helps to discharge and alter the way traumas and negative emotions are stored. Sessions can last 30 mins to 90Mins depending on the need! It helps with anxieties, abuse, panic attacks, phobias, alcohol abuse, depression, low self-confidence and self-esteem, post-traumatic stress injury (usually known as disorder).
